About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee daily activities of donor floor operations
- Supervise staff and support compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Ensure execution of operational priorities and provide direct support to the Center Manager
- Create employee schedules to accommodate donor cycles
- Monitor donor flow and address delays or service issues
- Maintain familiar compliance with FDA-approved SOPs and other regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer
- CPR Certified
- 6 years of related experience with performing phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in speaking and writing English, with legible handwriting
