About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting HR Team with HR Administration: HR Operations: Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
- Providing support and coordination activities for our employees in HR related matters across the employee lifecycle
- Develop knowledge of our benefit offering and act as a point of contact for employees and our company healthcare and pension providers
- Support audit readiness activities for HR and training activities
- Support the HR team with other projects of the Department: Support coordination and implementation of HR initiatives e.g. planning and logistics for events, such as employee wellness initiatives, recruitment and training events
- Input to HR policy reviews and participating in research / benchmarking activities as required
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Support employer branding initiatives and attend career fairs
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Communications/Projects: Assist in the development and execution of HR communication strategies
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement and diversity programs
- Create and distribute internal communications and newsletters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate within the last 12 months in a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and able to ensure the accuracy of work
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills (successful candidate will be working across all level of the organisation)
- Strong administration and coordination skills
