About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Quality assurance in the donation center: monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards and GMP guidelines within regulatory requirements
- Administrative support in the donation center and center organizational tasks
- Responsibilities include, among others, operational organization, quality assurance and administrative management including inventory and order management
- Document management, quality management and office organization
- Responding to inquiries from the Human Resources department
- Preparation of reports and statistics (e.g., Excel)
- Support for the Head of Production
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training (e.g., commercial clerk in healthcare, industrial clerk, bank clerk)
- Ideally with experience in quality assurance or quality management (QM)
- Structured working style, strong communication skills, organizational ability and teamwork
- High standards of quality and an interest in the practical implementation of processes and standards
- Confident use of MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage
- Willingness to travel when covering for colleagues (as required)
- English skills are an advantage
