About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive training on new maintenance and calibration management software (SAP PM)
- Receive training on new spare parts management software (SAP MM)
- Enter the manufacturing area to see the equipment running and learn about the manufacturing processes
- Review new equipment documentation and spare parts list
- Review existing inventory of spare parts and enter/update parts data into SAP
- Create Bill of Materials (BOM) for all on-site equipment to ensure spare parts are assigned to each equipment
- Upload Equipment documentation to SAP
- Create standard operating procedures for new SAP equipment management software
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recently finished (<6 months) undergraduate degree (associates or bachelors) or degree near completion in applicable technical field
- Minimum of 2+ years university experience
- Ability to review and understand technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong ability to demonstrate time management, organization, and prioritizing tasks
- Ability to work independently on multiple simultaneous projects and be flexible to changing priorities
- Ability to identify creative solutions and be a team player.
