About the role

  • Designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs
  • Conducting training needs assessments across centers
  • Responsible for the design and delivery onboarding, compliance, and refresher training
  • Creating and maintaining training materials
  • Monitoring training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and audits
  • Supporting cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams
  • Leading train-the-trainer initiatives
  • Maintaining centralized training records and ensuring documentation is audit ready
  • Travel to Plasma Logistics Centers to deliver in-person training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Preferred Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD)
  • 5+ years of experience in training management, preferably in logistics, healthcare, or regulated environments
  • Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, and LMS platforms
  • Strong understanding of plasma logistics operations and quality systems
