About the role
- Designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs
- Conducting training needs assessments across centers
- Responsible for the design and delivery onboarding, compliance, and refresher training
- Creating and maintaining training materials
- Monitoring training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and audits
- Supporting cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams
- Leading train-the-trainer initiatives
- Maintaining centralized training records and ensuring documentation is audit ready
- Travel to Plasma Logistics Centers to deliver in-person training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Preferred Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD)
- 5+ years of experience in training management, preferably in logistics, healthcare, or regulated environments
- Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of plasma logistics operations and quality systems
