About the role
- Analyze market trends and donor demographics to provide actionable insights to drive business performance
- Manage primary and secondary market research and oversee vendor relationships
- Deliver strategic recommendations focused on targeting and growing a loyal donor base in key markets
- Support quantitative and qualitative market research needs, donor demographic data, and secondary data purchase and analysis
- Coordinate compilation and analysis of quantitative field data including donor population data in partnership with Corp Finance
- Align with operations on center performance targets, key tracking measures, analysis, and feedback to analytics
- Provide quarterly updates on competitive performance, pipelines, capacity changes, M&A activity, and field intelligence
- Collaborate with regional teams to share trends, competitive intelligence, and demographic analysis
- Partner with operations to ensure sufficient donor pipeline for capacity expansion
- Provide market trend updates to Biomat USA leadership and generate reports and dashboards to present insights and trends
- Conduct data analysis to uncover key patterns and synthesize findings for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Life Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar background with specialization in Data Analytics
- Minimum of 5 years’ marketing and/or marketing research experience in US or international
- Good knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power Query, PowerBI (preferred)
- Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas (preferred)
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry (preferred)
- Experience in engaging and managing third-party providers (preferred)
- Advanced data management, execution, and conclusion analysis
- Ability to manage and interpret large databases and extrapolate future scenarios
- Ability to interpret operational and performance data and make strong recommendations
- Ability to synthesize field data and communicate market information to the field
- Ability to form strong relationships with field teams to develop data and build consensus
- Familiarity with plasma center operations and ability to analyze qualitative field input and DMS data
- Experience coordinating with finance and operations on performance targets and tracking measures
- Candidates should be in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, NC area
