About the role

  • Serve as a primary operational point of contact after the client’s initial purchase of human-derived or pharma-related materials.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Support forecast consolidation, demand visibility, and pipeline accuracy in coordination with the commercial and supply chain teams.
  • Lead coordination across sales, marketing, product, finance, operations, and other internal stakeholders to support complex deals and enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and support opportunities to expand orders as client programs progress or scale up.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, client management, supply chain coordination, or commercial roles in pharma, biotech, cell therapy, diagnostics, or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze forecasts, sales pipelines, and operational risks.
  • Experience collaborating with QA, supply chain, operations, customer service, and commercial teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), ERP platforms, and analytical tools.
