Operation and continuous improvement of our data architecture – from traditional SQL databases to modern cloud solutions with Microsoft Fabric and Azure
Development of insightful dashboards and data models in Power BI
Training of business users on analyses (Self-Service Analytics)
Evaluation of new technologies and incremental advancement of the data landscape to meet future requirements such as AI and automation
Close collaboration with our data specialists and the business units

Requirements

At least two years of professional experience in data management, analytics, or engineering
Ideally a completed degree in (business) computer science, data science, mathematics, or a comparable qualification
Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, and data modeling
Experience with data warehousing concepts and an understanding of enterprise-wide data flows
Solid knowledge of Power BI and ideally initial experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or other cloud data platforms
Enjoyment in clearly conveying technical topics to non-technical audiences
Good German and English skills
