About the role

  • Help in drafting presentations, proposals, and contracts for business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies and goals.
  • Assist with documentation and reporting on plasma-related activities.
  • Manage administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
  • Coordinate events such as meetings, conferences, and trade shows related to business development and plasma affairs.
  • Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
  • Handle event planning from venue selection to execution, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
  • Manage travel expense reports and post-event evaluations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for correspondence, both internal and external, related to business development and plasma affairs.
  • Prepare expense reports, manage invoices, and assist in other duties assigned and as needed.
  • Support the manager of the department on any project needed and related

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field.
  • Between 2 or 5 years of previous experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with event planning and travel coordination is preferred.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage shifting priorities.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Advanced English and Spanish
