About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create highly original, on-brand designs/graphics for websites, email templates, and high-impact social media campaigns.
  • Take design ideas from initial concept to complete execution, ensuring all deliverables align with our creative and digital strategy.
  • Develop intuitive user interfaces (UI) and interactive online content that prioritize the donor journey.
  • Conceptualize and develop compelling animations, motion graphics, and videos to keep our content dynamic and engaging.
  • Manage a library of design assets and ensure visual consistency across all digital and print platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Marketing, to ensure the smooth technical implementation of new digital content.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Expert knowledge of design software programs, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in UI/UX tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
  • 3+ years of proven professional experience in a digital design role with a focus on web, email, and social media design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing technical skill and exceptional, high-level creativity and innovation.
