Ensure smooth operation of applications, including incident and change handling.
Analyze technical requirements and contribute to the design of new solutions.
Implement technical adjustments, system optimizations, and documentation in accordance with IT standards.
Participate in IT projects (cloud, automation, application modernization), including deployment of new technologies and end-user training.
Work closely with business units and IT teams and provide regular communication on status, risks, and progress.
Maintain documentation, perform quality assurance, and continuously improve our IT standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent qualification
Practical experience in application support (Application Support / 2nd Level) or technical support is desirable
Structured, analytical working style and strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills; team-oriented and customer-focused
Good German and English language skills
Flexibility for scheduled on-call duties
