About the role
- Drive growth and market presence across the APAC region by developing and executing strategic product marketing plans.
- Assist the Marketing Director in achieving financial objectives by implementing effective product and marketing strategies and tactical programs.
- Improve distributor and sales effectiveness through the design and development of high-impact sales tools and training programs.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to train sales forces, distributors, and customer support personnel on new and existing products.
- Support the sales team with technical product specifications and necessary documentation for tender submissions.
- Partner with Sales Managers to lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions on automation and assay performance at customer sites and conferences.
- Build and maintain competitive profiles, monitoring market conditions and competitor activities to ensure Grifols' leadership.
- Organize regional marketing events, including distributor meetings, scientific symposia, and webinars, ensuring full compliance with Grifols’ policies.
- Develop regional promotional materials and value messaging in collaboration with the Customer Engagement team.
- Report on market share and geographic expansion progress on a quarterly basis.
- Oversee the management of the marketing database, including customer information and mailing lists.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical specialist, sales, or marketing roles within a diagnostics company.
- Experience in transfusion medicine is considered a strong advantage (2+ years preferred).
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
- Outstanding project and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Innovative, creative, and agile in the face of change.
- A great team player with the ability to work in a highly matrixed and cross-cultural environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
