About the role
- Support the creation of digital content across formats: static and animated banners, social media assets and short videos
- Collaborate with social media and paid media teams to tailor creative assets to platform-specific needs (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, display)
- Assist in building and maintaining content calendars for social and campaign channels
- Edit and adapt existing visuals and messaging to fit different audiences (Patients vs. HCPs) and platforms
- Create short-form videos, including editing, motion graphics, and sound design
- Develop storyboards to help stakeholders visualize concepts ahead of production
- Use tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create and update visuals
- Help manage creative asset approvals using systems like Veeva or other review platforms
- Stay up to date with digital content trends and help explore new formats and tools, including AI-driven content creation
- Leverage AI tools to generate first drafts of creative copy, create quick visual mock-ups, assist with video editing or avatar-based video generation
- Maintain an organized library of approved assets and templates for reuse across teams
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or other regulated industries
- A strong online portfolio demonstrating digital content creation experience across various formats (e.g., social media assets, banners, video)
- Familiarity with platform requirements (e.g., aspect ratios, character limits) across major digital and social channels
- Strong design and layout skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
- Proficient using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects for motion graphics, etc.
- A good eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail
- Experience working with content approval systems (e.g., Veeva, DAM tools) is a plus
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assets and deadlines
- Familiarity or experience with AI-driven content tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Synthesia) is desirable
