About the role
- Performs day-to-day customer communication and order entry into the SAP system from email orders in a timely manner with speed, accuracy and professionalism.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding current and future orders.
- Provides shipment documentation to customers
- Interacts with internal Supply and Demand team regarding order status and ship dates
- Inform customers of any shortages with their orders or rescheduling orders.
- Responsible for product knowledge, content of customer specifications, and adhering to company policies.
- Understands processes of Whole Blood and Diagnostics plasma products, quality requirements, and adheres to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Initiates the customer complaint process and provides the details to Quality Assurance for further investigation.
- Provides follow up with customers with investigation findings and outcomes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- One year of college, technical school, or Associate’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years related experience is required
- Experience in an FDA-regulated industry is preferred
