About the role

  • Ensure compliance with chemical regulations by managing SDS documentation, performing hazard classifications, and supporting internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain updated SDS documentation for all relevant products
  • Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance with EU and international standards
  • Control versioning and distribution of SDSs across internal systems
  • Apply EU regulations (REACH, CLP) and global standards (GHS, OSHAS)
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on product compliance
  • Provide regulatory information to internal teams and customers
  • Draft and manage SOPs related to chemical safety and compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or similar
  • Preferably 2 years of related technical and/or regulatory experience in pharmaceutical industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Highly valuable to have prior experience in REACH, GHS or equivalent chemical regulations
  • Advanced level of English
  • User of Microsoft Office tools
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
