About the role
- Coordinate production planning for our products in line with internal requirements and customer expectations
- Responsible for capacity planning, especially with contract manufacturers
- Optimize logistics and shipping processes
- Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, documentation and reports
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (e.g., commercial/industrial clerk) or a degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Production Planning or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in logistics and sales — ideally in a medical environment
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills (very good German and English proficiency)
- Customer orientation, precise and analytical thinking, organizational skills
- Very good, practical experience with Microsoft Office applications; experience with additional tools is a plus
- Strong knowledge of international goods movements and customs declarations
