About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support candidate sourcing activities through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent pools, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and support candidate screening activities under the guidance of the TA team.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ensure recruitment data and applicant records are accurately maintained within Workday and other recruiting systems.
  • Support recruitment reporting and tracking of key hiring metrics.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, including university partnerships, career fairs, social media content, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support recruitment administration activities, including job posting management, interview scheduling, and documentation.
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvement, and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Learn and apply recruitment best practices, diversity and inclusion principles, and compliance requirements, including GDPR and employment regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • To be eligible for the position, it is required that a formal internship agreement can be arranged with your university / school.
  • No professional experience required, but previous internship, part-time work, volunteer experience, or university projects are desirable.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, social media platforms, or recruiting tools is a plus.
