About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and own the FY27 Europe Training Calendar: consolidate approved learning initiatives by function, audience, owner, timing, delivery format and expected outcome; maintain a clear calendar to support prioritization, visibility and execution discipline.
  • Support implementation of external L&D initiatives: coordinate logistics for approved FY27 trainings, including vendor follow-up, participant lists, invitations, scheduling, attendance tracking, materials, evaluation surveys and completion reporting.
  • Support implementation of internal L&D initiatives: help design and launch LinkedIn Learning and Workday Learning campaigns, including initial focus areas such as onboarding, Finance for non-Finance, AI/Copilot, project management, leadership and functional capability building.
  • Create and maintain the Development WeBlend page: ensure the page is up to date, user-friendly and aligned with the FY27 learning offer, including calendars, learning pathways, resources, campaign links and FAQs.
  • Act as an L&D coordination point of contact: respond to routine questions on L&D processes, learning platforms, training enrollment and policy guidance, escalating complex matters to the Europe Talent, OD and DIBE Manager.
  • Track progress and impact: maintain trackers for participation, completion, feedback, costs where relevant and key learning metrics to support regular updates to the People team and business stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Formal internship agreement can be arranged with your university/school.
  • No professional experience required, but previous internship, part-time work, volunteer experience, or university projects are desirable.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365, Excel trackers, PowerPoint, SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.
  • Exposure to LinkedIn Learning, Workday Learning, LMS platforms, learning campaigns or internal communications is a plus.
