About the role

  • You are the primary point of contact for our B2B customers regarding technical questions and issues related to our XENON platform and connected devices
  • You analyze and classify support requests and independently or in collaboration with our Development and Product teams develop effective solutions
  • You triage customer inquiries, set priorities, and support the teams in sprint planning
  • You analyze measurement data and EMS decisions using tools like Grafana to understand fault patterns and support our partners with configuration, commissioning, and ongoing operation of our hardware and software solutions, including via remote maintenance using CLI-based applications
  • You identify recurring issues and potential improvements and provide valuable feedback to the relevant internal stakeholders
  • You work closely with Customer Success Management and Solution Engineering teams to ensure excellent partner support
  • You actively help shape the tools and processes used by the team and contribute to taking the support team to the next level

Requirements

  • Technical affinity and understanding: You have a strong interest in renewable energies, energy management, or IoT technologies. A technical education or university degree is an advantage, but career changers with relevant experience are also welcome
  • Experience in technical support: You have initial experience in technical B2B support, ideally in the software or energy sector
  • Practical installation know‑how: You have worked as an installer and are familiar first‑hand with the setup and challenges of energy systems (e.g., photovoltaics, storage, EV charging stations). This is a big plus, as you can often directly relate to our partners' concerns
  • Strong communication skills: You can explain complex technical matters clearly, understandably, and courteously—in writing and verbally in both German and English (C1 level each)
  • Solution orientation and analytical thinking: You investigate problems systematically and find pragmatic solutions
  • Customer focus: Partner satisfaction is your top priority and you act professionally and service‑oriented
  • Team player: You enjoy working in a team and share your knowledge with colleagues
