About the role

  • Identify and validate strategic growth areas
  • Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct discovery interviews with potential customers and experts
  • Develop clear value propositions and prepare initial business cases
  • Work closely with Product & Tech to develop new concepts
  • Acquire the first customers for the new segment or product
  • Responsible for the broad rollout once a new vertical, market, or product is validated
  • Train the sales team to successfully scale

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in the energy or green-tech sector
  • Proven track record in business development, venture building, or a comparable role
  • Strong analytical skills with strategic execution
  • Deep understanding of the renewable energy landscape, including current technologies, market trends, and sector-specific challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
