About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a high-performing full-stack product team, providing strategic context, coaching, and support
  • Champion deep, ongoing customer understanding through research, field visits, data inspection, and critical customer conversations
  • Drive prioritization discipline using frameworks for customer impact, technical feasibility, revenue potential, regulatory requirements, and strategic fit
  • Set the bar for product operations by building rituals and artifacts that institutionalize product thinking
  • Support go-to-market efforts by helping product marketing clarify and unify capabilities to drive customer adoption and commercialization
  • Integrate NPI/NTI from R&D and Innovation teams into durable products, supporting product definition, validation, and go-to-market
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders and the C-Team to steer full-stack product direction
  • Report directly to the COO/CPO and lead a growing team of approximately 10 across software product, hardware product, product marketing, and design

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 years in PM roles, including at least 5 years of organizational/team leadership experience
  • Experience building and leading teams of product managers, managing managers, and creating durable product cultures
  • Platform-level and/or full-stack product launch experience
  • Experience in environments where software and hardware development are tightly coupled
  • Customer fluency in complex operational domains such as utilities, industrial operations, or real-world infrastructure
  • Proven structured prioritization and trade-off facilitation under uncertainty and resource constraints
  • Ability to manage a multi-year product arc while managing a quarterly roadmap
  • Demonstrated operational rigor and experience creating or meaningfully improving a product operating model
  • Evidence-based approach to product process and program management
  • Strong cross-functional executive leadership and communication
  • Ability to write crisp strategy documents and concise product updates that drive decisions
  • Bonus: experience with IoT platforms, sensor data, or grid/energy infrastructure
  • Bonus: exposure to AI/ML-powered products
  • Bonus: familiarity with utility regulatory environments
  • Bonus: background in products with significant field operations or deployment complexity
  • Bonus: experience driving platform consolidation or product portfolio rationalization
