Product Manager

• Maximize product value across multiple GridUnity solutions and set/communicate vision for solution areas
• Report to the Director of Product Management and ensure alignment with customer needs
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver iterative, high-impact improvements through Agile development
• Represent the Voice of the Customer and ensure solution innovation within one or more Agile teams
• Translate product roadmaps into clear solutions, features, and deliverables
• Define engineering-ready requirements and acceptance criteria and approve deliverables for release
• Lead ongoing refinement and prioritization of product and team backlogs
• Support development and maintenance of product vision and roadmap in alignment with company strategy
• Partner with customers to validate concepts and develop market-leading solutions
• Define and track key product performance metrics to guide data-driven decisions
• Provide subject matter expertise and support to sales (RFPs, demos, training, and documentation)
