Key responsibilities & impact

Work with the Corporate team to understand day-to-day duties and responsibilities
Gain knowledge of the business and function within real estate
Familiarize with Company applications and complete training programs
Work closely with senior team members on various reports and analysis
Collaborate on special projects and build relationships with other teams
Create documentation outlining processes and programs
Conduct research and prepare assessments
Complete Capstone Project and Presentation
Participate in Intern Program events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Students currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year undergraduate degree program
Interest in a career in the real estate industry
Practical experience in finance, marketing, information technology, communications, development, construction, investment, accounting, and other lines of business.
