Support the execution of strategies for achieving operational excellence by generating and analyzing reports on the Company’s performance.
Help provide management and others with data and input to formulate strategies, programs, and actions for improving operating and financial results.
Work closely with the team on data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Help identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.

Requirements

Graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
Preferred major: Business, Finance, Real Estate
Curiosity and a desire to learn.
Flexibility and willingness to pivot.
Quantitative background that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Working knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Dax, Excel, etc.) is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and capability to articulate complex topics.
High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
Project management skills to create project plans, track and monitor progress, meet production and delivery deadlines.
