Inside Sales

• Oversee the full order lifecycle, including order processing, allocation, picking, and shipping, ensuring timely delivery.
• Partner with the Warehouse, third-party vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by wholesale customers, working closely with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
• Liaise with various departments such as sales, logistics, and technical support to gather information and updates for wholesale customers.
• Maintain bi-weekly touch bases with the territory Account Executives to review Open Orders, upcoming customer onboarding, and high priority orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer concerns, using sound judgement to ensure timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement process improvements to prevent future disruptions.
• Provide onsite support in the South Florida territory, as needed.
• Ensure that customer data and order information are accurately recorded and maintained for future reference and reporting purposes.

• Manage the development process from design concept through production approval.
• Partner with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure product aligns with seasonal strategies and brand standards.
• Maintain and manage product development calendars to support key milestones and deadlines.
• Oversee the sampling process, including prototype reviews, fit sessions, and sample tracking.
• Support continuity of product development priorities during the leave coverage period.
• Source and manage fabrics, trims, and components that align with brand standards and product performance requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with suppliers and manufacturers to support development timelines.
• Partner with vendors on pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and production needs.

• Own and lead Greyson’s technology ecosystem, with primary accountability for NetSuite ERP, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with business growth
• Serve as the internal authority on systems architecture, driving optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous platform enhancement
• Lead delivery of system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives, including AI-driven solutions that improve cost, efficiency, and scalability
• Own the technology roadmap and portfolio, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution aligned to strategic priorities while architecting scalable solutions to support a high-growth, omnichannel business
• Partner with Finance to ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and compliance with financial controls and audit requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Retail, eCommerce, Wholesale, and Operations to optimize order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and fulfillment workflows
• Manage external vendors and technology partners, driving performance, accountability, and cost efficiency
