About the role
- Build and maintain customer relationships in the B2B sector with a focus on SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises)
- Develop innovative financing solutions tailored to customers' needs
- Independently conduct negotiations and make decisions within your authority and KPIs
- Responsible for revenue and customer development in your territory
- Actively implement modern sales concepts
Requirements
- A degree in business administration/economics or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in the banking/finance sector
- Enthusiasm for sales and customer management in the B2B sector; ideally with experience in leasing
- Strong negotiation skills, self-initiative, and a pronounced service orientation
- Strong communication skills in German
- Team player with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
