Requirements
- A degree (Business Administration, Economics) or commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience in the banking/financial sector
- Enthusiasm for sales and customer management in the B2B sector, ideally with experience in leasing
- Strong negotiation skills, initiative and a pronounced service-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills in German
- Team player with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
