About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to franchisees on business management, offering recommendations for operational and financial improvements based on network data and indicators;
Conduct field visits at a defined frequency to maintain close relationships with franchisees, review their operations, and assess store performance;
Evaluate compliance with pre-established franchise standards;
Monitor and analyze performance indicators and results;
Create and organize action plans to guide franchisees toward better results and best practices;
Assess franchise compliance with quality standards and marketing campaign execution;
Exceed sell-out performance targets across the franchise network for assigned portfolios/store groups;
Deliver training to franchisees and their teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
Experience in commercial roles, preferably working with business chains, retail companies, or national franchising;
Valid Category B driver’s license and availability to travel are required;
Dynamism, organizational skills, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset are essential.
