About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, manage and execute the commercial calendar for Rider's e-commerce
  • Plan campaigns, promotions and commercial activations for the channel
  • Serve as the focal point for Rider e-commerce, linking strategy, execution and results
  • Define product exposure across categories, storefronts and special landing pages
  • Collaborate with the Product team to define assortment, pricing and commercial opportunities
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify growth and optimization opportunities for the e-commerce channel
  • Analyze the performance of products, categories and campaigns to support decision-making
  • Prioritize and follow up on requests with the Catalog/Product Data team, ensuring correct implementation of products, promotions and content on the site
  • Prepare briefings and coordinate the execution of communication materials and campaigns with the Design team
  • Identify opportunities to improve navigation, conversion and user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience with e-commerce
  • Intermediate English
  • Proactive, organized, strong communication skills and resilience
