Key responsibilities & impact

Identification of Innovation Opportunities: Stay up to date with technological trends and advances to identify innovation opportunities that can benefit the organization.
Development of Innovation Strategies: Create strategies for adopting new technologies and innovative processes, evaluating resources, costs, and impacts.
Innovation Projects: Support and participate in innovation projects from conception through implementation, defining objectives, timelines, and required resources.
Evaluation of Results: Analyze metrics and performance indicators to assess the results and impact of implemented innovative solutions.
Collaboration with Internal and External Teams: Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure integration and success of innovation initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technological Knowledge: Broad knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends, such as artificial intelligence and process automation.
Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Interpersonal Skills: Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, as well as to establish connections with startups.
Startup scouting and monitoring: Analyze and track startups, evaluating their potential contribution to Grendene's objectives.
External and Internal Alignment: Act as an analyst when interacting with external partners and internal areas to align innovation strategies and goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Desired:**
Co-creation methodologies: Lean Inception, Design Thinking, Design Sprint, PoC.
Project evaluation methodologies: scope of work, hypothesis validation.
Familiarity with KIRO, Claude, Copilot, LLM Gateway.
