Digital Marketing Analyst – E-commerce
Grendene S/ADigital Marketing Analyst planning and executing campaigns for a global shoe brand, Grendene. Optimizing performance metrics and proposing integrated marketing strategies within a hybrid work model.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns with a performance focus: search, display, social ads, programmatic media;
- Optimize and monitor campaigns, tracking results and cost planning on a daily basis;
- Analyze metrics and KPIs, identifying new media opportunities to align targeting and external communication initiatives for the brands;
- Familiarity with media and conversion metrics, primarily Google and Facebook among others (Real-Time Bidding, etc.); familiarity with A/B testing and multichannel CRM strategies; provide technical and operational guidance to the team and other roles in the processes of your area (maintenance and use); propose improvements to processes within your area of responsibility;
- Propose integrated strategies that connect the acquisition funnel with internal channel teams and other stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
- 3–6 years of experience in digital media;
- Knowledge of or familiarity with tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting partners;
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus;
- Initiative, commitment, analytical reasoning, and business acumen.
