About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Brand and sales channels;
  • Gather needs, opportunities and constraints for each channel;
  • Ensure alignment between brand directives and commercial demands;
  • Support relationships with sales representatives and commercial partners;
  • Serve as focal point for multibrand-related requests;
  • Participate in planning commercial needs for different channels;
  • Identify opportunities for activations, product exposure and promotional actions;
  • Ensure correct implementation of materials and activities at physical and digital touchpoints;
  • Monitor campaign execution, ensuring adherence to brand strategy and identity;
  • Request, adapt and oversee production of communication materials for physical and digital POS;
  • Coordinate distribution and availability of commercial support materials;
  • Validate trade materials, ensuring visual and messaging coherence;
  • Design and coordinate training on products, campaigns and launches for commercial teams and partners;
  • Oversee development of Key Visuals and their adaptations for channels;
  • Ensure visual projects align with brand strategy and identity;
  • Contribute to development of installations, activations, window displays, environments and brand experiences;
  • Prepare and follow creative briefs for trade and visual merchandising projects;
  • Act as interface between Brand, Content, suppliers and partners involved in visual projects;
  • Validate proposals and materials from a brand experience perspective;
  • Oversee implementation of visual projects, ensuring quality of execution and adherence to the approved concept;
  • Ensure visual consistency across campaigns, communication materials, installations and points of sale;
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between brand, channels and internal departments;
  • Provide recommendations to improve the brand experience at touchpoints;
  • Maintain ongoing interface with commercial areas, franchisees, representatives and sales channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Propaganda, Business Administration, Communication or related fields;
  • Channel management and commercial relationship management;
  • Brand communication applied to the point of sale (POS);
  • Knowledge of Key Visuals and campaign rollouts;
  • Basic understanding of Visual Merchandising and brand experience;
  • Ability to review and validate creative projects;
  • Supplier management and materials production;
  • Project management skills;
  • Microsoft Office proficiency;
  • Experience with franchises, multi-brand accounts or retail is a plus.
