About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process vacations, terminations, monthly payroll, advances, and bonuses.
Generate and verify labor contribution guides and statutory filings/obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, DCTFWeb, etc.).
Post payroll accounting entries and integrate payroll with the accounting system.
Analyze accounting variances and support the controllership.
Support internal and external audits by providing information and documentation.
Maintain the payroll system and ensure data integrity.
Schedule payments in coordination with the finance department.
Represent the company in labor hearings and prepare legal defenses.
Monitor collective bargaining agreements and ensure their correct application.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Law, or related fields;
Experience with labor routines, payroll processing, and payroll preparation;
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and proficiency with statutory filings and social charges/payroll taxes;
Advanced Excel skills;
Good communication, organizational skills, and analytical ability.
