About the role
- Process vacations, terminations, monthly payroll, advances, and bonuses.
- Generate and verify labor contribution guides and statutory filings/obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, DCTFWeb, etc.).
- Post payroll accounting entries and integrate payroll with the accounting system.
- Analyze accounting variances and support the controllership.
- Support internal and external audits by providing information and documentation.
- Maintain the payroll system and ensure data integrity.
- Schedule payments in coordination with the finance department.
- Represent the company in labor hearings and prepare legal defenses.
- Monitor collective bargaining agreements and ensure their correct application.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Law, or related fields;
- Experience with labor routines, payroll processing, and payroll preparation;
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and proficiency with statutory filings and social charges/payroll taxes;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Good communication, organizational skills, and analytical ability.
