About the role
- Targeted growth through acquisition of new business partners and takeover of an existing customer base
- Advise on our sustainable product and service offering; present products and services to customers on site
- Conduct price negotiations, prepare quotations and close sales
- Develop concepts and proposed solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Continuous market research and analysis of customer structures
- Close cooperation with plant management and Customer Service
- Prepare offers and update data in the CRM system, as well as record visit reports
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or degree, preferably with a focus on sales/marketing
- Good technical understanding and interest in a broad product portfolio used across many industries
- Strong communication skills — including English — convincing both internally and externally
- Confident presence, competent and trust-building communication style, effective in sales negotiations
- Independent, service-oriented working style
- Hands-on mentality
- Customer support; capable of building and expanding long-term, trust-based business relationships
- Willingness to travel within Germany with focus on customers in Southwest Germany
