About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the implementation and continuous evolution of the Group HSE strategy across businesses, projects and geographies
- Develop and strengthen HSE governance, policies, standards and management systems aligned with international best practices and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 requirements
- Drive HSE performance management through KPIs, reporting, risk management, audits and assurance programmes
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and promote proactive risk identification and mitigation
- Partner with business leaders and operational teams to embed HSE into decision-making, project development and day-to-day operations
- Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement across the Group's international operations
- Support integration of HSE priorities within Greenvolt’s Sustainability and ESG agenda
- Represent Greenvolt in industry forums, certification processes and external stakeholder engagements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
- Health & Safety professional qualification (minimum Level VI)
- 10+ years of HSE experience in corporate, multi-site and international environments
- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Experience in renewable energy, energy, construction, infrastructure or similar operational environments is highly valued
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and strategic thinking capabilities
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus
- Availability for international travel
