About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be part of the EPC and O&M contracts discussion and execution.
Support the commercial director on the negotiation of EPC and PPA with Clients
Defines and implements operations management plans to accomplish financial goals
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Reviews regular progress reports and makes staffing, financial, or other adjustments to align the developing project with broader outcome goals.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manages internal operations' teams and external providers
Promotes continuous improvement of operations and commercial processes
Aligns processes between operational, comercial, financial and legal teams
Ensure the implementation and best pratices

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
Minimum of 3 years on Solar Energy Market (mandatory)
Knowledge of the decentralised energy market (as optional)
Knowledge on development of RE Projects
Knowledge in PowerBI or similar
Good leadership and supervisory skills
Good time and stress management skills
Sense of team spirit within different departments
Communicates well and relays information in a timely manner
Knows what is required in order for a particular project to be completed, and has realistic expectations as far as meeting deadlines go
Proactivity
Adaptability
Strong English written and spoken skills.
