Compliance Trainee

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the team in analysis, monitoring, and reporting activities
- Collect and process information related to Compliance processes
- Update databases and records
- Prepare reports and dashboards
- Assist in the review of policies and procedures
- Implement improvement initiatives identified in audits and external assessments
- Collaborate with different areas of the organization to collect, validate, and consolidate information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Management, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Critical thinking, organized, and able to work autonomously
- Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders
- Interest in Compliance, Risk Management, and Governance
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power BI and other data analysis and visualization tools is a plus
