About the role
- **Key responsibilities:**
- - Daily monitoring of public procurement platforms.
- - Identification, analysis, and qualification of new tenders.
- - Outbound contact with entities to:
- - Understand needs and gather context;
- - Clarify requirements related to tenders;
- - Support the commercial lead in identifying and qualifying opportunities.
- - End‑to‑end follow‑up of ongoing tenders (deadlines, clarifications, updates, submissions).
- - Direct support to the commercial team lead in preparing proposals.
- - Management and continuous updating of the tender pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting to the Commercial Department.
Requirements
- - Proven experience in public procurement (minimum 2 years).
- - Hands‑on experience in submitting and managing public tenders.
- - Experience in inside sales roles with outbound commercial activity.
- - Proficiency with electronic public procurement platforms.
- - Strong commercial mindset and excellent communication skills.
- - Highly organized, methodical, and detail‑oriented.
- - Strong sense of responsibility and ability to prevent operational failures.
- - Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- - Autonomous, reliable, and proactive.
- - Knowledge of the Public Contracts Code.
- - Experience in technical or regulated sectors.
- - Experience using CRM systems and commercial prospecting tools.
