About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the identification, prioritization, and execution of business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyse, map, model, and document business processes using process management best practices
- Identify process improvement, standardization, and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the development, review, and maintenance of processes, policies, procedures, manuals, and governance documentation
- Manage and maintain the centralized process repository, ensuring process information remains accurate, accessible, and up to date
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, validate processes, and identify transformation opportunities
- Support the planning, monitoring, and reporting of transformation initiatives, including roadmaps, milestones, risks, and KPIs
- Drive the adoption of process management methodologies, digital tools, and new ways of working across the organization
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and communication materials to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Economics, or similar fields
- Previous experience (1–3 years) in project management, process management, consulting, transformation, continuous improvement, or similar roles
- Strong interest and aptitude for digital tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, project management, process management tools, reporting, or automation tools)
- Good organizational, analytical, and information-structuring skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
