About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete complex/studio software project setups and modifications as required by the client
Answer incoming support calls and emails
Utilize Asana checklists and follow protocols for each project setup
Transfer/escalate issues to other team members as required
Utilize Intercom ticketing system to manage client requests
Submit software development requests and bugs to development on behalf of users
Training and providing ongoing support to other Implementation Specialists to assist with setups
Assist with planning and coordinating user communications as necessary
Assisting Technical Account Management with clients to ensure their setups are enabled correctly
Assist the Digital Project Manager with clients to maintain the company’s projects, such as audits and checklists

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Customer Service: 3+ years
Software implementation/Project Onboarding: 1+ years
The ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure
The ability to hold oneself accountable for completing their own tasks correctly
Self-monitoring, self-aware and self-correcting
A desire to find the solution, not just finish the task
Enthusiastic attitude about providing superior customer service
Excitement to learn the ins and outs of GreenSlate software platforms
Experience supporting accounting or other business operations software
Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus!
Excellent listening and communications skills
Extremely focused and detail oriented.
