About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Providing administrative support
- Close collaboration with other DNV units in Europe
- Keeping customer database and DNV tools accurate
- Handling direct phone communication with DNV clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in Polish (verbal and written)
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of another European language will be an advantage.
- Experience in client-facing roles and customer service
- Good knowledge in MS Office package
- CRM and/or data base experience will be an advantage
