Lead Auditor, Food & Beverage
GreenPowerMonitor, a DNV companyFood Lead Auditor ensuring food safety and quality compliance for DNV. Conducting audits, writing reports, and managing customer relationships effectively.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform audits, write reports and follow up on corrections and corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Efficiently perform work for DNV as required by instructions, the Quality system and in compliance with the contract between the customer and DNV.
- Maintain effective communication with line management, audit team members and customer stakeholders.
- Maintain/acquire auditor qualifications in accordance with DNV procedures.
- Develop and maintain a positive and constructive relationship with customers.
- Act as a team player and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.
- Manage audit campaigns on major customer accounts.
- Get involved in technical issues to support operational and sales teams.
- Participate in collective work to implement and improve our organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates must have at least three (3) years of full-time professional experience (quality, food safety, production, R&D) in the industry or retail sector, in food safety audits/inspections.
- Consulting experience related to food production activities may be accepted up to a cumulative one year.
- Demonstrated experience auditing against various food safety systems, including BRCGS, IFS Food, ISO 22000 or FSSC.
- Degree in a food-related field.
- Relevant experience in quality or production within the food industry.
- Fluent in French and good command of English.
- Strong ability to read and interpret audit protocols and work instructions.
- Excellent customer orientation skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- At least two / three or more of the following qualifications: IFS Food, IFS Logistic, FSSC 22.000 Food, ISO 22.000, BRCGS Food, BRCGS Packaging, Global Gap.
