Talent Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business leaders globally to strengthen a high-performance culture, aligning people and talent practices with business priorities and long-term strategic ambitions.
- Enable effective performance management, supporting leaders in goal setting, performance dialogues, and consistent application of MIP and IDP frameworks to drive accountability, development, and results.
- Support leadership and team effectiveness, coaching leaders in building engaged, inclusive, and collaborative teams that perform in complex and fast-changing environments.
- Design and drive high-quality, inclusive recruitment processes, including structured interview plans and objective assessment methods that enable fair, unbiased, and well-informed decision-making.
- Lead talent acquisition for critical roles, ensuring hiring decisions strengthen both immediate performance and future capability in specialized and fast-evolving domains.
- Strengthen succession planning, growth paths, and internal mobility, ensuring key skills and talent are developed, retained, and deployed where they create the greatest organizational impact.
- Promote collaboration and DEI across teams and functions, identifying barriers to performance and inclusion, and working with leaders to improve ways of working and cross-team effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the Global People team, contributing to people initiatives, continuous improvement of people practices, and consistent execution of the people strategy from a global perspective.
- Strengthen our employer brand, contributing to external positioning, using market insights to stay competitive, and collaborating on internal communication to ensure consistent and compelling talent messaging.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition within an international or matrix organization, ideally in technology, energy, or other technical environments
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer management, with a strong focus on quality, effectiveness and candidate experience
- Hands-on experience leveraging social media and digital channels for talent sourcing and employer branding, including tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Glassdoor
- Experience using market intelligence, talent insights, and data-driven approaches to inform hiring strategies, guide decisions, and continuously improve outcomes
- Strong capabilities in structuring interviews and assessing talent, with a solid understanding of fair, inclusive, and bias-aware hiring practices
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
