About the role

  • Independently manage challenging multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Provide strategic guidance and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Schedule resources and perform financial forecasting.

  • Write high-quality reports and commercial offers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical-, Mechanical-, Civil Engineering, Software / Data Science, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proven experience in overseeing large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget (>3 years)
  • Experience in utilizing project management software and tools to enhance efficiency and track project progress.
  • Well balanced technical and commercial skills
  • Eyes on efficiency with the ability to identify efficiencies and cost containment
  • Experience in Management of Contractual Terms and Conditions
  • A certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
  • Ability to create a shared sense of purpose for all project stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to dissect complex issues, interpret project management trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, valuing different perspectives and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Good understanding of the Electricity Transmission and Distribution sector, particularly in Northern Europe.
