About the role
- Responding to questions about the verification status of their plans and reports
- Helping to solve repetitive technical issues
- Making sure they receive clear and timely communication
- Assisting customers by providing accurate updates on the progress of their plans and reports verification
- Investigating and troubleshooting basic system-related issues
- Replying to general queries related to CO₂ emissions
- Working closely with internal teams to understand our processes, systems, and regulations.
Requirements
- Is currently studying for or has recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in naval architecture, mechanical engineering, nautical studies, environmental technologies, or data analytics
- Has strong English skills (written and spoken)
- Is eager to learn technical troubleshooting and system investigation
- Pays attention to detail and enjoys finding practical solutions
- Can work full-time, Monday to Friday, for around 6 months.
- Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of Greenhouse Gases and MARPOL Annex VI.
