About the role

  • User Experience: You independently track the user experience of our products and systematically evaluate the results.
  • Customer Happiness Manager: You create and analyze customer satisfaction surveys, derive actionable recommendations for our existing-customer strategy, and present these to project management.
  • Visual Communicator: In direct collaboration with our customers, you visualize their energy infrastructure and lay the foundation for excellent customer understanding.
  • Presentation Talent: You participate in customer meetings and win over our customers with compelling presentations.
  • Your Own Project: You will receive your own project within Customer Success Management, which you will present to the team and the CEO at the end of your internship.

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student and are at least in your third semester of a degree in energy economics/energy management, economics, communications, or a comparable field.
  • Ideally, you already have initial experience in project management and have carried out analyses and evaluations there, but this is not required.
  • Knowledge of software tools such as JIRA and Confluence is desirable.
  • In addition to an analytical mindset, you are characterized by a systematic and goal-oriented way of working.
  • You are highly organized and bring a strong sense of initiative and excellent communication skills.
  • You have very good German and good English skills and are proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
