About the role

  • Candidate management: You are the point of contact for applicants from receipt of the application through to contract signing
  • Interviewer: You handle shortlisting and initial communication by conducting interviews with suitable candidates
  • People development: Together with your team, you will develop and reshape programs for employee and leadership development
  • Idea generator: You research materials and tools and support the design and delivery of trainings and workshops
  • Employer branding: As part of campus marketing, you identify suitable measures to attract tomorrow’s employees today
  • Organizer: As part of the HR team, you are a point of contact for our employees (including team-building activities; onboarding & offboarding; contract and reference letter preparation, etc.)
  • Your own project: You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a project in recruiting, employer branding, or learning & development

Requirements

  • You are a registered student enrolled in a degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable program related to HR
  • Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in HR or learning & development
  • You are a strong communicator and characterized by a proactive, independent, and conscientious working style
  • In addition, you demonstrate strong organizational skills and keep an overview even with complex, time-sensitive tasks
  • You have excellent German and good English skills and are proficient in common MS Office applications
