About the role
- Business Development: You support business development by identifying current trends and evaluating them for potential new business models and the company’s future strategic direction.
- Innovation Manager: You work directly with our CEO on the strategic development of the company and our software products.
- Analyst: You independently develop use cases, evaluate them, and examine, for example, their impact on the existing business model.
- Market Analyst: You independently conduct analyses of market and competitive developments in the energy sector and present your findings directly to the CEO.
- Stakeholder Management: You act as the interface between product management, finance, and sales.
- Investor Relations: You handle correspondence with investors, maintain documents, and manage the financing-round process. You qualify and analyze investors and markets in preparation for investor meetings.
Requirements
- You are a currently enrolled student in energy management, economics, communications, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in strategy or business development through internships (e.g., at a consulting firm or in the strategy department of a corporation or startup).
- In addition to analytical thinking, you demonstrate a systematic and goal-oriented way of working.
- You are comfortable contacting external parties or investors by phone.
- You are highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and ambitious, and you can quickly apply acquired knowledge in practice.
- You have excellent German and English skills and are proficient in common MS Office applications.
