About the role
- Build and run marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels
- Create landing pages and workflows in HubSpot and Wordpress
- Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate deadlines among stakeholders
- Track performance and provide reporting on engagement and pipeline impact
- Research conferences based on audience fit and expected value
- Coordinate registration, logistics, and confirmations
- Launch event landing pages and follow up campaigns
- Partner with Sales on outreach and follow through
- Proofread and prepare content for publishing
- Schedule and publish social and email content
- Manage press releases and award submissions
Requirements
- Strong initiative. Self-starters will succeed here
- Three to five years experience in marketing, campaign operations, or content execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable handling multiple deadlines at once
- Detail oriented editor and communicator
- Experience supporting B2B marketing efforts
- Practical experience using AI tools in a professional workflow such as drafting content, editing copy, summarizing research, building campaign assets, or improving operational efficiency
