About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met through regular written and verbal communication
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving retention and long-term satisfaction
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience, proactively identifying and addressing client needs
  • Gather and share client feedback with relevant teams to improve Greenplaces’ offerings and client deliverables
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction
  • Support the Sustainability Team in data collection for greenhouse gas inventory reporting and other client projects
  • Assist in developing sustainability and emission reduction strategies for clients in collaboration with the Sustainability team
  • Contribute to the creation of sustainability-focused content for our entire client base
  • Lead the renewal process and collaborate with the Sales Team on growth and expansion strategies

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management
  • Sustainability experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resourceful mindset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at various stages with ease
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Independent, self-motivated, and able to implement processes effectively
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
