About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met through regular written and verbal communication
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving retention and long-term satisfaction
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience, proactively identifying and addressing client needs
- Gather and share client feedback with relevant teams to improve Greenplaces’ offerings and client deliverables
- Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction
- Support the Sustainability Team in data collection for greenhouse gas inventory reporting and other client projects
- Assist in developing sustainability and emission reduction strategies for clients in collaboration with the Sustainability team
- Contribute to the creation of sustainability-focused content for our entire client base
- Lead the renewal process and collaborate with the Sales Team on growth and expansion strategies
Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management
- Sustainability experience is strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resourceful mindset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at various stages with ease
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to implement processes effectively
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
